Uffizi tickets come in more versions than most visitors expect: same-day or booked in advance, with or without the Vasari Corridor, alone or bundled with Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. So this guide lays out the official prices, the cheaper afternoon entry, and when a guided tour is worth it.

The short answer: the official ticket costs €25 bought on the day or €29 booked in advance with a time slot. From 4 pm it drops to €16, and on the first Sunday of the month entry is free. If you also want Palazzo Pitti and Boboli, the PassePartout 5 Days costs €40 (checked September 2026).

Which Uffizi ticket should you buy?

  • One visit, busy season: book the advance ticket. The extra €4 buys a fixed entry time.
  • Flexible and on a budget: enter from 4 pm for €16, but leave yourself enough time before closing.
  • Three or more days in Florence: the PassePartout 5 Days, €40 (€58 with the Vasari Corridor), covers the Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens on consecutive days.
  • Free entry: the first Sunday of every month, when the lines are also at their longest.

Opening hours and how to book

The Uffizi opens Tuesday to Sunday, 8:15 am to 6:30 pm, and closes on Mondays. To book, use the official ticket site, tickets.uffizi.it, or through the call center, 800 615 615 from Italy or +39 055 0354135 from abroad, open daily from 8 am to 7 pm (checked September 2026).

Guided tours with Uffizi tickets

Above all, the Uffizi is enormous and crowded, so a guide changes the visit more here than almost anywhere in Florence. Our Uffizi tour page compares two small-group options:
