Liability

Italy2love.com, its affiliated entities, partners, employees and agents act only as agent for the various
independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or
other services connected with these tours.
Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Italy2love.com and its
respective employees/agents neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does,
provide goods or services for these trips, tours and forms of transportation, and, as a result, do
not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, and
assume no liability for and cannot be held liable for any personal
injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may
be occasioned by reason of (1) sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature,
local laws or other such causes (2) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts, defect,
omissions or default on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents in
performing these services, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned,
operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or
omissions on any part of any other party not under the direct supervision, control or ownership of
Italy2love.com.
All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the
country in which they are provided.
Italy2love.com is not responsible for any baggage or personal
effects of any individual participating in the tours or trips arranged by Italy2love.com.
Individual
travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover
some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover cancellation due to unforeseen
circumstances or those beyond your control. Also we recommend a medical and personal insurance
to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belonging.

 

Disputes

The terms & conditions is governed by Canadian law and in case of a dispute that we can not settle
amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Canada court.

 

Currency

Our tours prices are displayed in Euro currency and your credit card will be charged in Euro.
The exchange rate is set frequently by Italy2love.com to reflect the most fair exchange taking into
account the current live rate. If you are interested in knowing your exact rate of exchange at the
time of your purchase, please send us an email at info@Italy2love.com

 

Full Upfront Payment of Services

Italy2love.com cannot guarantee tours without full payment upfront. If a booking is placed for the
price of €0 due to a bug on the current tour booking system, your reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Please verify that the service(s) and cost(s) displayed in your shopping cart are correct before finalizing
payment.

 

Museum Tickets

All pre-purchased entrance fees are non-refundable upon moment of successful completion of a booking
on Italy2love.com. Refunds will only be granted in accordance with our cancellation policy.
In the event that a change of date must be incurred or is requested by the visitor,
we will assess each request on a case by case basis, depending on the policy of reusability of said tickets.

Promotional Codes

If you have a coupon code or qualify for one of our discounts, they must be applied BEFORE purchase.
Contact us for more information. Retrospective discounting will be assessed only at Italy2love.com‘s discretion.

Valid Identification

Please ensure that all members of your party have a valid ID on them on the day of the visit. This is
particularly important for guests who have qualified for a senior, student, or child reduction.
